	About The Elephant Program
	The Elephant: Educational Animated Film Programme consists of various smaller projects and their common goal is to raise the awareness, training and education of the Slovene public on the capabilities, requirements and qualities of the quality animated films. The main purpose of these activities is to stimulate the interest for quality animated films among the primary and secondary children, and to provide the basics for the film education through the animation. By participation in various activities of The Elephant Program, the participants will not only see quality animated films, but they will also learn and become aware of the art of animation and animated films. In this way, we wish to encourage children’s critical thinking, develop their empathy, and enhance their creativity.
