| 2 Reels Association – Association for Storytelling Revival is organizing exclusive screenings of the topmost short animated films. Together with the children’s jury, we have chosen, from the Animateka 2008 International Animated Film Festival, the best animated films for The Elephant: Children’s Programme, and have created a special programme, intended for pre-school children and primary school students. These animated films, selected with the assistance of various techniques, represent the heroes and heroines of fairy tales and everyday life, and they take the children to the vastness of the imagination. The programme also represents the valuable starting point for discussion with children. Here, you can assist yourself with The Elephant Anthology, which was created for the teachers and parents, and published by the 2 Reels Association – Association for Storytelling Revival. Selected films were collected in December 2009 on The Colourful Elephant: DVD and The Elephant: DVD III (supplement in the November 2009 issue of Ciciban and Cicido magazines). |
